Hey Reader,

I've been trawling through my downloads, screenshots, notes to self as part of kicking off Holiday Hardcore, and pulling ALL of my digital clutter together into a system.

It's a funny task because on one hand it's so basic and boring, it's easy to convince yourself to skip it. I can practically hear your eye rolling back into your skull from here by the mere suggestion of it.

But it's a winner because it doesn't take very long, there is a dopamine element and once you get started, you won't want to stop.

Before you have even finished the task you will stumble across something fantastic to easily turn into content, an offer, a system.

And because it's not a new idea, it's something you're already familiar with, it will be easier than starting from scratch.

This is one of the best momentum building tricks to play on an uncooperative, post holiday-brain. Which is my jam.

My own personal declutter resulted in a reminder to keep things simple, to go back to the fundamentals, to correctly identify the real issue and solve it.

So I'll straight copy and paste this one out of the depths of my Google Drive, file last touched in 2022. Still relevant AF.

Mmmm, that's actually a people pleasing problem.

I need a sales funnel to increase my sales!
A funnel is a solution, but what you have is really a visibility problem.

I am not expert-y enough - I need to do more education!
Ok cool... but that is a perfectionism problem.

I am attracting clients who suck my soul, pay me late, don't thank me.
Sorry about that. You have a communication problem.

We waste a lot of time and money when we are hell bent on solving the wrong problem.
